Bladder mass in an 11 year old, MN Australian Shepherd
An 11-year-old MN Australian shepherd was presented for evaluation of progressive polyuria and stranguria. Urinalysis showed abnormal epithelial cells. On survey radiographs, mineralization near the pelvis in area of bladder was evident.
Hematuria and stranguria in a 12yr old, MN, Jack Russel Terrier
A 12-year-old NM Jack Russell Terrier was presented for evaluation of hematuria with one episode of stranguria. Urinalysis showed specific gravity of 1.032, 3+ blood, and 4+ protein. CBC and serum biochemistry was within reference range.

This 15 year old MN Visla presented with stranguria and pollakiuria. Bladder large, catheterized to empty completely. Urinalysis showed hematuria, leukocytes, proteinuria. Prostate enlarged and echogenically mixed.
Prostatic carcinoma in a 12 year old MN Schnauzer with an apical bladder mass and urethral/prostatic mass
A 12-year-old NM Schnauzer was presented for evaluation of stranguria and dribbling. Urinalysis showed normal SG (1.046) proteinuria, glycosuria, and leukouria. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were thrombocytosis (638) and elevated ALT (127) and ALP (865).
