Presented for Fanconi-like clinical signs. Ultrasound revealed possible liver shunt. Physical exam was unremarkable.

A 13-year-old SF Labrador Mix was presented for evaluation of recent onset stranguria. Physical examination and CBC were both normal. Urine analysis showed mild hematuria and +1 protein. Abnormalities on serum biochemistry were elevated ALP (432) and GGT (16) activity.
Urethral mass in a 6 year old FS Labrador Retriever
A 6-year-old spayed female Labrador Retriever was presented for evaluation of hematuria and stranguria. Radiographs revealed subtle tissue irregularity in the pelvic inlet. Urinalysis showed low specific gravity (1.017) and pyuria, with culture revealing a mixed growth of E coli and Streptococcus. Blood work was unremarkable.

06_00203 Tai Chi H Urethral mass with ureteral invasion, suspect TCC
A 12-year-old SF Aussie was presented for evaluation of a 2-3 month duration of stranguria, pollakuria, and urination accidents in the house. Treated initially with amoxicillin and then with TMS with no response. Free catch urine culture yielded pseudomonas. Current therapy is fluoroquinolone but still with no response. Appetite and activity are both normal.
