Peyer’s patches?

14 year old FS DSH. Noted these areas a month ago on ultrasound and found one again today. Are these Peyer’s patches?

I would say some mucosal speckling nothign to be concerned about nobody knows exactly but if in the ileum then peyers patches make sense.
