RAD – Thoracic metastases check negative in a 14 year old MN Siberian Husky with abdominal mass and seizures

This 14 year old Siberian Husky dog has a history of grand mal seizures of one yar duration. Presented with focal seizures. Large growth noted on the abdomen Physical exam: Presented laterally recumbant. Acute ataxia with nystagmus and head tilt CBC/CHem: HCT 32%, Ca low Looking for mets

CT – Extradural mass lesion at C6/7 with lateralized disc extrusion in a 11 year old MN Dachshund

This 11 year old MN Dachshund dog presented 2 weeks prior with inability to close mouth, swollen submandibular lymph nodes or salivary glands and weakness/ataxia. Signs resolved with clindamycin and meloxicam. Patient then presented with left forelimb weakness to left lateralizing tetraparesis.

CT – Idiopathic geriatric vestibular syndrome in a 14 year old FS Basset mix with normal head CT

This 14 year old FS Basset/Beagle mix dog has a chronic left head tilt. Mild ataxia, horizontal nystagmus OU.

CT – Hereditary congenital multiple cartilaginous exostosis with compressive myelopathy and neuropathy in a 5 month old M Border Collie

This 5 month old M Border Collie dog presented with a Wobbler-like gait, difficulty rising. Muscle atrophy right hind but reflexes present, some TL discomfort. No neck mobility. Exostosis present in multiple areas. 

CT – Hydrocephalus internus with asymmetrical ventriculomegaly in a 15 year old MN Yorkshire Terrier with seizures

This 15 year old MN Yorkshire Terrier dog presented with seizures and paddling behavior, incomplete recovery with inability to sit up or walk; head tilt.

CT – significant right-sided cerebral mass effect in a 9 year old F Dachshund with neurological episodes

This 9 year old F Dachshund dog presented with seizures/neurological episodes. Recumbant, minimally responsive, mentally inappropriate. 

16-00001 CT – Normal brachycephalic conformation of the skull and spine in a 8 year old MN English Bulldog with neurological signs

This 8 year old MN English Bulldog presented with prolapsed third eyelids and mouth hanging open for 24-48 hours. Difficult swallowing, drooling Physical Exam: Prolapsed third eyelids, lower jaw is open but can close it. Excessive amount of saliva present. No pain on palpation of jaw or throat. Ears normal.  Normal rads of chest, neck…

CT – Bilateral otitis externa and mild left sided otitis media, wth moderate hydrocephalus internus in a 5 year old Holland Lop rabbit

This 5 year old MN Holland Lop rabbit presented with a history of hydrocephalus. Recently vestibular symptoms and nystagmis worsening. Longstanding history of weekly seizires – on Zonisamide and Keppra. Previous CT in 2012 showed hydrocephalus. Previous dental extractions die to malocclusion. R/O otitis media and worsening hydrocephalus.  

CT – chronic protrusion of the cervical 3/4 disc with mild compressive myelopathy in a 5 year old MN Eskimo Spitz dog

This 4.5 year old MN Eskimo Spitz dog was presented with chronic neck pain and lumbosacral pain. Previous episodes of tetraparesis(resolved); 1 week history of left cp deficits.  

CT – Degenerative lumbosacral stenosis with intervertebral disc protrusion in an intact dog

This dog has a history of ataxia, left hindlimb weakness/neuropathy with CP deficits. Has been on prednisone, deramaxx, gabapentin at various times with some improvement then worsening.  CBC/Chem wnl
