This 6 year old intact F Pug dog presented with head trauma and seizure.  Physical Exam- Making wide circles to the right, decreased hopping on right side CBC: mild anemia Chem: increased liver enzymes- likely secondary to Prednisone therapy

RADS – Malignant Osteolytic Vertebral Lesion with Pathological Fracture in a 10 year old MN Cat

History of acute paralysis hind end.  Physical Exam: Unable to stand, dragging hind end, unexpressable bladder, T=101.5.   

RADS – Sliding Hiatal Hernia, Congenital, in a 4 year old MN French Bulldog

History: hind limb weakness, hemilamenectomy done 9/7/15, started regurging 9/9/15, suspect hernia PE: Alert, responsive and very active. Weak in hind end. The patient has had a recurring cervical pain for the past 2 years, that has been medically managed. After worsening clinical signs January 2015, a myelogram was performed. He had another painful episode in the last few days. There is no history of seizures. Physical Exam: Mild cervical pain upon manipulation;

The patient presented with an acute onset para paresis. Physical exam: 56#. Cp deficits and lateral recumbency. Painful.
