Sonographic Differential Diagnosis

Apical bladder mass, appears resectable.

Image Interpretation

The urinary bladder in this patient presented a 1.71 x 1.53 cm apical mass. The mass appears to be resectable with removal of the cranial half of the bladder. The pelvic urethra and trigone appear largely unremarkable.
