On physical examination, a large mass was palpated in the abdomen. An 11-year-old MN Brittany Spaniel dog was presented for anorexia, lethargy, weight loss, and anemia. Urinalysis was within normal limits. On CBC regenerative anemia, leukocytosis, neutrophilia, and monocytosis were present. Abnormalities on serum chemistry were hypoalbuminemia, low albumin/globulin ratio (0.7), hypocalcemia, and hypomagnesemia.
