Adrenal mass and splenic mass in a 12 year old MN Brittany Spaniel
A 12-year-old NM Brittany Spaniel dog was presented for evaluation of lethargy, vomiting, and polypnea. Abnormalities on laboratory testing included anemia, leukocytosis, and elevated BUN.

A 16-year-old SF DSH with a history of diabetes and hyperthyroidism was presented for evaluation of vomiting, diarrhea, and anorexia. Urinalysis showed SG of 1.017, proteinuria, and hematuria with negative bacterial growth. Coagulation panel was mildly elevated.

Leptospirosis suspected in a 3 year old FS French Bulldog
A 3-year-old FS French Bulldog with a history of progressive elevation of liver enzyme activity was presented for evaluation of lethargy and vomiting. On urinalysis inappropriate SG, proteinuria, bilirubinuria, and hematuria were present. Abnormalities on serum biochemistry were prolonged PT, elevated ALP activity and bilirubin, and severely elevated ALT activity.
Focal pancreatitis in a 15 year old FS Jack Russell dog
A 15-year-old spayed female Jack Russell was presented for evaluation of vomiting and anorexia. The dog had had a splenectomy 9 months prior. A collapsing trachea and PU/PD were also noted in the history. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry included leukocytosis, elevated liver enzyme activity, and azotemia.
