A 13-year-old SF DSH cat was presented for evaluation of hypokalemia, anorexia, hindquarter ataxia, and a single seizure. Leukocytosis, neutrophilia, and elevated amylase were also present on bloodwork.

A 7-year-old FS Cocker Spaniel was evaluated for suspected insulinoma as she was showing hypoglycemia and seizure activity. Urine specific gravity was isosthenuric. On CBC leukocytosis, neutrophilia, and monocytosis were present.

Abnormalities on serum biochemistry were severely elevated liver enzyme activity, bilirubinemia, hypokalemia, and elevated pre-prandial bile acids. Systolic blood pressure was normal.
