Patient is an 8 year old MN Golden Retriever dog who presented with heavy breathing/panting for the last 2-3 days. Owner has noticed a “pounding heart” when the dog goes out or eats. Physical exam – HR 180, bilateral heart murmur Chest rads show globoid heart
RADS – Aerophagia and Coxofemoral Dysplasia with Osteoarthritis in a dog
Presenting clinical signs were vomiting and excessive panting. Possible exposure to Albuterol.
Primary tricuspid valve dysplasia with mild pulmonary hypertension in a 8 year old FS Labrador Retriever dog
The patient, an eight year old female spayed Labrador Retriever was presented for recheck of a previous documented heart defect. Mild panting noted. No current heart medication. History of hoarseness of one month duration. Presented today with panting, coughing and hoarseness. Laryngeal exam and endoscopy performed, and tonsil and larynx biopsies obtained.

Renal lymphoma in a 6 year old FS Labrador Retriever with gastrointestinal clinical signs
A 6-year-old female spayed Labrador Retriever dog was presented with upper gastrointestinal signs of 2 days’ duration. The patient was treated with antibiotics, gastroprotectants, and anti-emetics. Upper gastrointestinal signs continued despite the treatments, and the dog developed excessive panting and shaking. Blood chemistry revealed azotemia, hyperalbuminemia, and hyperphosphatemia.
