A 17-year-old SF DSH was presented for evaluation of weight loss, reduced appetite, lethargy, and pain. Current therapy was methimazole and gabapentin. On survey radiographs, a ureterolith was evident.

Pyloric mural thickening with regional lymphadenopathy in a 15 year old FS DSH cat
A 15-year-old FS DSH cat was presented for evaluation of lethargy, increased vomiting, and possible abdominal discomfort. On a previous ultrasound, GI lymphoma had been suspected. Abnormalities on physical examination were muscle wasting along spine and a pot-bellied appearance. Both fPL and T4 were elevated.
CT – Chronic disc protrusion in the deep cervical spine in a 12-year-old F Labradoodle
Presented for left foreleg lameness and cerivcal pain of one month duration.
CT – Degenerative joint disease left and right elbow joints in a 1 year old MN Pomeranian
This 1 year old MN Pomeranian presented for evaluation of grade II lameness right thoracic limb of several weeks duration. Painful on extension. Rads show OA of right elbow and bone lysis/remodeling of the anconeus.
CT – Lumbosacral discospondylitis with disc protrusion and lumbosacral stenosis in a 8 year old FS English Springer Spaniel
This 8 year old FS English Springer Spaniel presented with right sided lameness and pain on palpation of lumbo-sacral iliopsoas.
ORTHO – Shoulder joint effusion consistent with polyarthritis in a 6 year old FS Lab/Hound mix
This 6 year old FS Lab/Hound mix has a history of polyarthritix in the elbows and stifles. PE: painful right front limb with decreased muscle mass
RAD – Bilateral chronic degenerative carpal hyperlaxicity syndrome in a 6 year old FS Labrador Retriever
This 6 year old FS Labrador Retriever has a history of pain and lameness of 2 years duration, and has been on steroids since then. Presented with plantigrade gait of the carpi with carpi and tarsal pain.
