Perforated Gallbladder Mucocele and Polypoidal Urinary Bladder Changes in a 9y/o MN Beagle
A 9-year-old NM Beagle was presented for evaluation of acute onset vomiting and anorexia. Physical examination and urinalysis were unremarkable. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were leukocytosis, and elevated liver enzyme activity (ALT 183, ALP 1516, GGT 23).
Two separate foreign bodies; one fabric and one metallic type in a 1 year old MN Labrador
Labrador, NM, 1 years. Vomiting off/on. Dog has a history of eating 2 rocks for 4 months. One rock was removed surgically and one rock he passed. Today he is depressed, dehydrated and protective of abdomen. No interest in food. Radiograph Findings: Bracelet type foreign body was noted in the jejunum.

Mural Gastric Abscess with extensive Pancreatitis in a 12 year old FS Schnauzer
A 12-year-old SF Schnauzer that had been treated for pancreatitis was presented for ongoing inappetence and vomiting. Abnormalities on serum biochemistry were azotemia and elevated amylase and lipase. Survey abdominal radiographs showed decreased abdominal detail.
Gastric mural mass vs abscess in a 11 year old FS Miniature Schnauzer
This 11 year old FS Miniature Schnauzer dog was presented with inappetance, vomiting and tense abdomen. Possible mass effect in cranial abdomen on radiographs. WBC 3.5.
Colonic mass in a 12 year old FS DSH
A 12 year old FS DSH cat was presented for straining while using bathroom when defecating, lethargy and decreased appetite. On abdominal radiographs feces obscured in the colon but no obstacle observed. A circular object was observed above colon.
Enlarged left adrenal gland, Conn’s Syndrome likely in a 17 year old FS DSH
A 17-year-old FS DSH cat was presented for Inappetence, thickened intestines, kidney failure and hypertension. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were increased BUN 44 and Creatinine 2.6. Potassium 3.6 slightly subnormal.
Urethral TCC in a 12 year old FS Beagle
A 12-year-old SF Beagle with a history of urinary tract infections was presented for evaluation of lethargy and poor appetite. Previous ultrasound had shown a 0.65 cm rounded mass/polyp near the bladder neck. On follow up assessment, progressive azotemia and resolution of the mass was evident.
Ureteral stone obstruction in an 8 year old FS DSH
An 8-year-old SF DSH was presented for evaluation of anorexia for 3 days and lethargy for approximately 1 week. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were anemia, leukocytosis, and azotemia. On survey radiographs, hydronephrosis with ureteroliths was evident.
