8 year old MN Old English Sheepdog with hypercalcaemia and inappetance Pleural effusion with echogenic cranial mediastinal mass and two smaller masses (LNs) cranially? What is your impression of this mass, all lymph nodes with suspect lymphoma? I have taken aspirates of the larger mass and the confluent smaller more cranial mass also
