Mitral regurgitation in a puppy
6 month old rescue Lurcher puppy, trying to be rehomed Grade 3/6 left apical systolic murmur Moderate mitral regurgitation and mild tricuspid regurgitation, I don’t think there is remodelling Would you classify this as myxomatous mitral valve disease or mitral dysplasia? What would you expect the prognosis to be? Many thanks in advance
