Severe renomegaly with infiltrative pattern in a 5 year old MN Lynx Point Siamese
A 5-year-old MN Lynx Point Siamese cat was presented for evaluation of vomiting, lethargy, polydipsia, and weight loss of 4 pounds since the previous year. On physical examination, bilateral renomegaly (R>L) was palpated, and confirmed on X-ray. Bloodwork showed WBC 28760, Neut 81%, Monos 3.8%; BUN 89, Creat 6.0, Phos 10.1. Urinalasis showed SG 1.014, Prot 2+, Blood 1+.
Left adrenal mass, possibly pheochromocytoma, metastatizing to the spleen in a 6 year old intact F Rottweiller
A 6-year-old intact female Rottweiler was presented for routine ovariohysterectomy but on physical examination showed weight loss, lethargy, pale mucosa, and tense abdomen on palpation. Abnormalities on CBC were anemia, thrombocytopenia, lymphocytosis, and monocytosis. On survey radiographs, a possible mass effect cranial-mid-abdomen was present.

This 14 year old M Labrador Retriever dog was presented with increased frequency of dry hacking cough over the past week, with gag at the end; diarrhea also. Mildly elevated BUN/Creat for 3 months. Physical Exam: Thin, arthritic in the rear legs, cannot elicit a cough. CBC: Hct 30%. Chemistry: BUN 56, creat 2.2.
