CBC was within normal limits whereas on serum chemistry hypercholesterolemia (414) and hyperamylasemia (1327) was present. Survey abdominal radiographs showed a large opacity in the cranial abdomen.

Lymphoma in a 4 year old MN DSH cat

Annular small intestinal mass in an 11 year old FS DSH cat

An 11-year-old FS DSH cat was presented for the evaluation of clinical signs consistent with upper respiratory disease. An abdominal mass was identified on abdominal palpation. A neutrophilia, lymphopenia, eosinopenia and thrombocytopenia were present on the CBC. Hyperglobulinemia and hyperproteinemia were present on the blood chemistry.

11 year old MN Pit-bull was presented with clinical signs of colitis of several months’ duration which had been controlled with anti-inflammatory dosages of prednisone. An abdominal mass was palpated on physical exam. The CBC was within normal limits. A mild elevation of the ALP enzyme activity was present on the serum biochemical profile.
