Severe renomegaly with infiltrative pattern in a 5 year old MN Lynx Point Siamese
A 5-year-old MN Lynx Point Siamese cat was presented for evaluation of vomiting, lethargy, polydipsia, and weight loss of 4 pounds since the previous year. On physical examination, bilateral renomegaly (R>L) was palpated, and confirmed on X-ray. Bloodwork showed WBC 28760, Neut 81%, Monos 3.8%; BUN 89, Creat 6.0, Phos 10.1. Urinalasis showed SG 1.014, Prot 2+, Blood 1+.

A 1-year-old NM German shepherd with a history of PU/PD and hypercalcemia was presented for evaluation of lethargy, weight loss, and anorexia. Left-sided nephromegaly was present on survey radiographs. Abnormalities on serum biochemistry were hypercalcemia, azotemia, and mildly elevated ALT activity.
Renal lymphoma in a 10 year old MN DSH cat with renomegaly
A 10-year-old NM DSH was presented for evaluation of renomegaly. Urinalysis showed low SG (1.015) and proteinuria. Azotemia was present in the serum biochemistry.
Unilateral ureterolith and hydronephrosis in an 8 year old FS Miniature Schnauzer
An 8-year-old spayed female Miniature Schnauzer dog was initially presented for evaluation of polydipsia. A blood chemistry initially showed only mildly elevated ALP activity.
