Right kidney mass. Given the clinical history erythropoietin producing tumor is suspected.
The right kidney comprised a mixed, echogenic mildly to moderately complex mass that was deriving from the cranial pole. The right kidney measured 5.4 cm. The left kidney was uniform without evident pathology and minor degenerative changes. There was slight loss of corticomedullary detail. The left kidney measured 3.62 cm.

Recommend right nephrectomy. I do not recommend FNA of the kidney in this case as the mass appears to be encapsulated and localized. Therefore, right nephrectomy is recommended after chest radiographs to ensure that no metastatic disease is present.
Hydronephrosis/obstruction, renal neoplasia, FIP, pyelonephritis.
