Labrador, NM, 1 years. Vomiting off/on. Dog has a history of eating 2 rocks for 4 months. One rock was removed surgically and one rock he passed. Today he is depressed, dehydrated and protective of abdomen. No interest in food. Radiograph Findings: Bracelet type foreign body was noted in the jejunum.

CYT – Multiple myeloma diagnosed by splenic FNA in a 6 year old FS DSH cat
The patient is a 6 year old FS DSH feline. Clinical exam findings were nonspecific, including dehydration, weight loss, and diarrhea. Altered CBC/Chem/UA values include neutrophilia, lymphopenia, elevated amylase, elevated BUN, hyperproteinemia, and marked hyperglobulinemia. FeCOV/Felv/FIV tests were negative.

A 15-year-old MN DMH cat was presented for chronic diarrhea, hyperthyroid, dehydration, otitis externa, and periodontal disease. The CBC was markedly normal with blood chemistry revealing an elevated ALT (154,) elevated SAP (109,) hyperT4 (>10,). An IDEXX feline diarrhea panel was negative for virus, parasites, & bacteria.
