This dog is a long-term diabetic who was diagnosed with pneumonia and seems to be recovering from that. However she has this going on in her liver. She has moderately elevated liver enzymes.

inflammation around kidneys, mass?
This cat has weight loss and skin lesions which are suspicious for a paraneoplastic syndrome. There is inflammation in the area of the right kidney, and the left kidney is irregular with a hypoechoic area in the cortex. I am suspicious of carcinomatosis; any comment? Thank you
kidney- pelvic dilation and/or dilated ureter?
I think I am seeing a dilated renal pelvis and a dilateted ureter exiting the kidney. Am I totally off base here? She has small mineral densities on her lateral abdominal radiograph that I think are in the position of ureteral stones. Thanks

These images are from a 15 (about) year old cat belonging to a shelter. He has intermittent diarrhea and vomiting. He has early renal disease with BUN/creat 49/2.1 and isosthenuria. Am I seeing an IBD type of pattern here? The remainder of the scan seemed normal.
