Subaortic Stenosis in a Toy Poodle

Hi all,  Just wanted to make sure I got the right diagnosis for this little one as SAS occurs commonly in large breed dogs. 3 year old, 2.5kg toy poodle which owner recently adopted from a  friend. No clinical symptoms. A grade 4/6 heart murmur was auscultated during a routine check up.

Diagnosing DCM

Hi there,  Just wanting to ask the experts out there how do we confirm our diagnosis for DCM? My understanding is if we have : 1. Increase LV diastolic and systolic dimensions 2. Left atrial enlargement or biatrial enlargement 3.decreased fractioning shortening 4. atrial fibrillation 5. increased EPSS Can we say this animal has DCM?

Mass invasion into the Common Bile Duct

Hi everyone, Ive got a ‘head scratching’ case and I was hoping i could get some expert opinions on this. Beetle is a 13 year old, male neutered, welsh terrier that was presented for Polyuria and Polydipsia. Bloods were done which showed ALT 1000IU/L, ALP 1003IU/L and GGT was mildly increased at 9 IU/L.
