Boxer aortic murmur
2 year old MN Boxer with G 2/6 left basilar murmur Turbulence at/before aortic valve into aorta, could not see subaortic ridge/band, echo otherwise normal The max aortic flow was 2.2 m/s which is classified as normal especially in Boxers How do you classify this murmur please? Clarity much appreciated thank you.
MVD arrhythmia
1o year old MN GSD x with murmur Mitral valve disease and left sided dilation on echo ECG showed an irregular sinus rhythm, 80 bpm, paper speed 25mm/s and intermittent VPC. Is this a pronounced sinus arrhythmia with VPCs? Would you advise investigating for systemic disease? Thanks for all the cardio help!

8 month old ME Bernese Mountain Dog cross Presented with pu/pd, urine sg 1.005 with rods in urine, culture pending, azotaemic Scan showed severely abnormal kidneys with pyelectasia and dilated ureters, prostate also patchy with lymphadenopathy Does this seem like a renal dysplasia case that has subsequently acquired an infection which is driving hyposthenuria? Stomach pathology
13 year old JRT with chronic vomiting, mild weight loss. I am concerned about a portion of the stomach wall where there appears to be thickening with loss of layering, gas entrapment? The gastric lymph node was also mildly enlarged. Does this appear to be neoplasia, inflammation, ulcer?
