Hepatic lymph nodes
14 year old GSD X presented collapsed, dehydrated, pyrexic, 2 day history of inappetance, warm weather Previous hx of Leishmaniasis and nodular liver on scan 3 years ago Bloods show moderate liver enzyme elevation and mild anaemia What do you make of these hepatic lymph nodes? Could this be related to recurrent leishmaniasis?
