– Mario is currently on 1/2 of a 12.5 mg furosemide twice daily and 2 1/2 mg Prednisolone once daily. He is no better and in fact is worse. RRR in the 40’s.
– Owner is a long term client that really doesn’t have the means to go any further.
– When I look at the previous cine’s I thought there was some eccentric hypertrophy and L atrial enlargement

-The most recent x-rays are posted. I also thought the liver looked a bit enlarged.
? – what am I missing here. Feedback would be appreciated. Normally I would send the x-rays for a radiology consult- but cost is an issue at this point. Am I underestimating some sort of malignancy?
