Hello
We have Taffy a 2-5 year old Terrier cross that has been vomiting and diarrhea, lethargic and not responding to aggressive treatments. BW was normal on presentation and initial US showed moderate to marked thickening of the intestinal mucosa generalized throughout the entire SI with mesenteric LN enlargement. The stomach was also thickened with a moderate amount of fluid and what appeared to be digesta.
Hello

We repeated the US today as the albumin has dropped significantly and had a plasma transfusion last night; still no fluid in the abdomen and the SI still appears thickened; we performed FNA of the mesenteric LNs.
The stomach had the exact same appearence but the digesta does not appear to be moving and it has more of a tissue appearence today; could not get a doppler signal of that area. I am confused as to whether this is digesta in the stomach or a mass, Possibly even a fb. I was hoping for some input on the images I have of the stomach.
Thanks. Brent.

Looks like a fluid/ingesta
Looks like a fluid/ingesta filled stomach with a fairly normal appearance, although thickened, gastric wall: all indicative of a pyloric outflow obstruction. Laparotomy is indicated.
The pylorus in the third
The pylorus in the third video looks a little thick and the rest is a fundus of fluid. Look for systemic disease causing ileus otherwise as remo says pyloric palpation and bx. I don;t see any overt neoplatic pattern though.
