Congenital Addison’s disease in a 5 month old M English Springer Spaniel
History: A 5-month-old male English springer spaniel was presented for evaluation of acute onset diarrhea and vomiting. On physical examination lethargy, dehydration, hypothermia, and bradycardia was present. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were mild lymphocytosis and mild eosinophilia, azotemia, hyperphosphatemia, hypercalcemia, hyponatremia and hypokalemia. Urinalysis showed SG of SG-1.015, proteinuria, and glycosuria.
Heart base mass with pericardial effusion and tamponade effect in a 14 year old MN Cocker Spaniel

Adrenal mass in a 12 year old FS Shih Tzu with hypertension
A 12-year-old SF Shih Tzu dog was presented for evaluation of hypertension that was controlled with 0.625mg amlodipine three times daily. CBC showed mild leukopenia, whereas serum biochemistry was within normal limits.
Bradycardia of unknown etiology and minimal mitral insufficiency in a 1 year old FS Toy Poodle
A 1-year-old female spayed toy poodle dog presented for evaluation of bradycardia. Blood pressure was within normal limits. Survey thorax radiographs showed normal size and shape of the cardiac silhouette and left atrium. The vertebral heart sum was 10.2, and a mild interstitial lung pattern was noted.

A 12-year-old MN Siamese cat was presented for evaluation of either syncopal episodes or seizures. On physical examination, arrhythmia and bradycardia were noted, with a HR that fluctuated from 80 to 160 BPM. Systolic BP was normal.

Cecal leiomyoma diagnosed on ex-lap, in an 11 year old MN Pit Bull dog
11 year old MN Pit-bull was presented with clinical signs of colitis of several months’ duration which had been controlled with anti-inflammatory dosages of prednisone. An abdominal mass was palpated on physical exam. The CBC was within normal limits. A mild elevation of the ALP enzyme activity was present on the serum biochemical profile.
Bradyarrhythmia in a 9 year old MN German Shepherd Dog with syncopal episodes
A 9 year old neutered male German shepherd was presented for syncope. Physical examination revealed bradycardia as the only abnormality. On ECG, the heart rate was 45 bpm and atrial flutter with a 3rd degree AV block was present. ACTH stimulation test was normal.
