CT – Nasopharyngeal polyp with chronic inflammation in a 10 year old MN DSH cat
This 10 year old MN DSH cat has a history of controlled otitis media/externa AU, URI for the past 6 months. Some improvement with antibiotics but symptoms of wheezing, congestion and otitis return when stopped.
RAD – Severe active bronchitis in a 11 year old FS DSH cat

CT – Bilateral Chronic Rhinitis with Conchal Lysis in a 6 year old MN Dachshund dog
History of chronic “runny nose” and “no medications are hjelping”. The patient has been on Apoquel. The patient is having apparent asthma attacks, intermitently, up to 2-3 per day.
RADS – Bronchitis in a 3 year old MN Shiba Inu dog
History of 3 recent episodes of hairball-type cough/wheeze/gag. Physical exam showed all WNL; no coughing episodes during the exam or during the stress of radiographs. CBC and chemistry panel pending at this time.
Left congestive heart failure and mitral prolapse in a 14 year old FS Tibetan Terrier
A 14-year-old spayed female Tibetan Terrier dog was presented with a history of progressive coughing and wheezing. A grade V/VI left-sided systolic murmur was ausculted on physical examination. Premature ventricular contractions were seen on an electrocardiogram. The patient was treated with enalapril, pimobendan, and aminophylline.
Pancreatic adenoma in a 14 year old FS Bengal cat
A 14-year-old FS Bengal cat with history of polycystic kidneys was presented for hematuria. Physical exam was unremarkable. Blood chemistry revealed slight hyperamylasemia.
