Right -sided heart failure with ventricular thrombus and passive liver congestion pattern in a 4 year old MN ferret
This 4 year old MN ferret presented with weight loss, vomiting, diarrhea and concern for diaphragmatic hernia. Initial rads soft tissue opacity between heart and diaphragm on lateral. Repeat rads revealed caudal aspect of heart touching diaphragm, no obvious soft tissue opacity there. Cardiac silhouette abnormal on all films.

A 4-year-old intact male Rottweiler that was recently adopted was presented for evaluation of anorexia, intermittent vomiting, diarrhea, and coughing. Physical examination showed poor condition and muscle wasting. Survey radiographs showed poor serosal detail and a AFAST scan revealed free fluid within the abdomen.
Inflamed gall bladder mucocele and cholangiohepatitis in a 12 year old FS Beagle dog
A 12½-year-old FS Beagle was presented for evaluation of vomiting, lethargy, and anorexia. On physical examination, painful cranial abdomen was present. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were neutrophilia, monocytosis, low BUN (8.8), hyperphosphatemia (5), and severely elevated ALT (1000), ALP (993) and GGT (44) activity.
Gastric foreign body in a 2 year old MN Dachshund dog with a history of pancreatitis
A 2-year-old MN Dachshund with a history of recurrent pancreatitis and gastric foreign that had been removed via gastrotomy was presented for evaluation of vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea. On physical examination, the patient was depressed and showed nausea. The only abnormality on serum biochemistry was elevated lipase (2594).
