A 15-year-old MN Australian Cattle dog was presented for evaluation of hematuria and weight loss. Urinalysis showed SG of 1.012, proteinuria, and hematuria. The only abnormality on serum biochemistry was mildly elevated ALP (174) activity. On survey radiographs, a soft tissue calcified opacity within the urinary bladder was evident.

The patient presented for hematuria, Stranguria, and proteinuria. Current treatments were Simplicef and NeoPolyDex (for eyes). Urinalysis: 1+ proteinuria, pH 6.5, WBC 2-3 hpf, RBC 21-50, struvite crystals 0-1 hpf, squamous epithelia 2-3 hpf.

An 8-year-old FS mixed breed dog was referred for partial anorexia and mild lethargy. Mild painful cranial abdomen was noted on physical exam. CBC and blood chemistry panel were unremarkable. Urinalysis revealed 3+ proteinuria with isosthenuria. Systolic blood pressure was 220 mm Hg.
