A 10-year-old FS American Eskimo dog was presented for stranguria, hematuria, pollajuria and just not herself. She was non responsive to therapy for UTI. Severe azotemia and moderate anemia developed. Urinalysis revealed proteinuria, elevated WBC, blood and transitional cells, and isosthenuria.

An 8-year-old MN DSH cat presented for weight loss, anorexia and icterus. Other than icterus th eclinical exam was unremarkable. Total bilirubin 5.6 was elevated along with ALT,  SAP  and prolanged PT and APTT on the coagualtion panel.

An 11-year-old MN Labrador retriever was prestented for excercise intolerance, lethargy, depression, vomiting and diarrhea. The physical exam was unremarkable other than a grade 2 left sided heart mumur at the heart base and irregular heart beat with pulse deficits. CBC, CHEM, UA, and acth stim were all normal.
