ORTHO – Degenerative joint disease (DJD), with partial cranial cruciate (CCL) rupture in a 3 year old FS Labrador Retriever
This 3 year old Labrador Retriever has right hind lameness and is suspected of a patial CCL tear
RAD – Chronic degenerative joint disease (DJD) bilateral stifles, moderate joint effusion in a 4 year old FS Shepherd mix
This 4 year old FS Shepherd mix dog presented with a historuy of lameness of 1 week duration. Physical exam: left hind limb grade 1/5 lameness, toe touching, suspected positive cranial drawer, no tibial thrust noted
RAD – Bilateral medial coronoid pathology with flexor and extensor enthesiopathy in a 11 year old MN Chow
This 11 year old Chow mix presented for intermittent lameness of both front limbs. Physical exam: left front – grade 3/5 lameness, modreate crepitus in carpus, moderate-severe dereased ROM elbow. Hindlimbs – mild crepitus bilateral stiflesm decreased ROM bilateral hips.
RAD – Bilateral medial patellar luxation in a 7 year old F Chihuahua
This 7 year old F Chihuahua dog presented with acute left hind leg lameness of 2 days duration. Pain on extension of left stifle, positive cranial drawer.
CT – Compressive neuropathy old the cauda equine, osteoarthritis and musculotendinopathy of the gastrocnemius in a 9 year old FS Border Collie
This 9 year old FS Border Collie dog presented with intermittent right hind leg lameness of a few weeks duration.
CT – Normal cervical spine with axillary lymphadomegaly in a 9 year old MN Miniature Schnauzer with lameness
This 9 year old MN Miniature Schnauzer presented with left front limb lameness and inappetance of 2 week duration. Some muscle atrophy and reluctant to turn head to the left. MRI unremarkable.

This 9 year old MN Labrador Retriever dog has a history of CCL surgery right stifle 3 months prior. Now lame right hind.
RAD – Medial coronoid pathology with flexor enthesiopathy in a 7 year old MN American Bulldog with lameness
This 7 year old MN American Bulldog presented with progressive left front lameness. No pain on palpation.
RAD – Pulmonary metastatic and chronic airway disease in a 10 year old MN mixed dog
This 10 year old MN mixed dog was found abandoned and presented with muffled heart sounds, grade 2/6 left systolic murmur, intermittent irregular arrythmia. Physical exam: dehydrated, severe dental disease, intermittent left front lameness, severe hindlimb weakness, underweight, several large SQ masses with one ulcerated and necrotic. HCT 32%, hookworms.
RAD – Normal pelvis with mild disc space narrowing in a 7 year old FS Manchester Terrier with chronic lameness
This 7 year old FS Manchester Terrier dog presented with right hind lameness of 3 months duration, during which time it seemed to resolve but has now occurred again. Wide base stance on hindlimbs, non painful on manipulation. Chem: AST slightly increased 69, ALKP low
