This 10 year old MN Labrador Retriever presented with forelimb lameness. Palpable thickening in left carpal area.
ORTHO – Partial chronic avulsion rupture of the calcanea tendon with bony remodeling in a 9 year old MN Golden Retriever
This 9 year old MN Golden Retriever presented with left hind limb lameness with suspected partial avulsion of the left common calcaneal tendon. PE: Excessive left hock flexion while weight bearing (dropped hock). Thickend insertion of the common calcaneal tendon.Mild atrophy of left pelvic limb. Spasm of the left gastroc.
ORTHO – Normal shoulder musculature and rotator cuff in a 14 year old FS Yorkshire Terrier with forelimb lameness
This 14 year old FS Yorkshire Terrier has a history of chronic forelimb lameness of over one year duration. No known associated trauma. Bilateral elbow abduction. Right shoulder non-specific pain on ROM. Bilateral mild pelvic limb and right peri-scapular atrophy.
CT – Medial patella luxation in a 2 year old MN Havanese dog
This 2 year old MN Havanese dog presented for evaluation of the possibility of patellar luxation
ORTHO – Partial cranial cruciate rupture and/or elongation of the ligament in a 13 year old FS Miniature Dachshund
This 13 year old FS Miniature Dachsund dog presented with right hind limb lameness, mild effusion and drawer, pain in right illopsoas
ORTHO – Partial rupture of the left cranial cruciate ligament with DJD in a 12 year old FS German Shepherd dog
This 12 year old German Shepherd dog had surgery for compressive disc disese 3 months prior. Presented today with persistent weakness left hind limb, weak CP reflexes, increased stifle effusion and mild thickening, negative drawer.
CT – Chronic disc protrusion in the deep cervical spine in a 12-year-old F Labradoodle
Presented for left foreleg lameness and cerivcal pain of one month duration.
CT – Degenerative joint disease left and right elbow joints in a 1 year old MN Pomeranian
This 1 year old MN Pomeranian presented for evaluation of grade II lameness right thoracic limb of several weeks duration. Painful on extension. Rads show OA of right elbow and bone lysis/remodeling of the anconeus.
CT – Lumbosacral discospondylitis with disc protrusion and lumbosacral stenosis in a 8 year old FS English Springer Spaniel
This 8 year old FS English Springer Spaniel presented with right sided lameness and pain on palpation of lumbo-sacral iliopsoas.
CT – Negative for macromorphological changes in the forelimb of a 7 year old FS mixed dog presented for lameness
This 7 year old FS mixed dog presented for forelimb lameness; rads show possible left radius osteolysis. Lymphocytosis.
