Tumor in Right Heart and Pericardial Sac in 2 yr dog
2 yr FS German Shepherd with anorexia, listlessness, abdominal distension muffled heart sounds, BCS 2/5, pendulous abdomen with fluid wave, weak pulses abdominal rads- enlarged liver, loss of serosal margins thoracic rads- very globoid heart silhouette abdominal sonogram- mild hepatomegaly with distended hepatic veins, mild abdominal effusion, no masses in spleen or liver
