Significance of this splenic structure

A 3-year-old male neutered cat was presented with the complain of diarrhea. This splenic structure was noticed as an incidental finding. Doesn’t seem significant, but it is disrupting the normal curvilinear capsule. What it could be?

Measurement discepancy
