2 year old FI English Bulldog with 3 month history of weight loss – small bowel mucosal changes

Chronic diarrhea with acute onset bloody diarrhea.  Blood work unremarkable other than mildly low albumin at 2.4.  Cortisol WNL.  Primary ultrasound finding were the small bowel changes noted in the attached images.  I realized biopsy is the needed, but would you say the images suggest lymphangectasia (mild stippling of mucosal layer)? Possible concurrent inflammatory bowel…
