Interstitial pancreatitis
Hello Hank is a 9 year old Shnauzer with long-term diabetes Presented for ketoacidosis and pancreatitis diagnosed via clinical signs, Spec lipase, and elevated lipase. Was hospitalized and was improving but has gone down hill and fluid is collecting in the abdomen so we elected for an US.
