7 month old FS Shepherd cross with urinary incontinence – owners have just had the dog since March. Blood work showed mild azoemia with isosthenuria. Inactive sediment. Urinary bladder imaging WNL. Has not had a Lepto vaccine, lives in CO, no known toxin exposure. Thinking renal dysplasia most likely vs. toxin
Comments
Yes this is consistent with renal dysplasia with oirregular cortices, cysts and the irregular renal pelvices and secondary dilation but may be harboring uti there too. Needs renal bx to confirm
Thank you, Eric
