urethral mass left adrenal mass cvc invasion

This is a 12 yr old golden neutered male. Had onset of hematuria acutely. the urinanalysis actually indicated hemoglobinuria. No infection apparent. Dog is asymptomatic this was an incidental observation.I imaged him today and I think I has a space occupying lesion of the urethra. Also upon moving up to look at kidneys I found this large >3cm adrenal mass on the left(mis labeled saw it first from right) with cvc invasion. Am I right on the urethra  and secondly would you do plavix on this guy  for the cvc if this is a urethral mass? Thanks

Definitely invasive right

Definitely invasive right adrenal mass (likely pheochromocytoma if no cushings signs) even though video better but even in a still this is solid. The urethral thickening looks like normal regressed prostatic urethra in the still images which sort of “expands” the urethra about 1-3 cm distal fromt he CUJ which is where you are there. If you upload video on each of these we can likely comment further.

If you are into looking at Pheos try the basic search:)

If you look closely at the urethral image you can see that curvilinear patterns are respected wihtin the tissue infrastructure. Its the single most important thing to me to decide if somethign is pathological or not.

Yes I see , blanked on that

Yes I see , blanked on that part of it. I really do remember you saying that in lecture before ( ha ha wasn’t napping) , thanks for the reminder. Well slightly less bad news for this pup.
