- 9 month old FN Lab cross with murmur
- Severe right sided dilation due to suspect tricuspid dysplasia, normal pulmonic valve
- Query is over degree of pulmonary hypertension and what do you think is driving this?
- I have had a couple of similar cases where TR gradient is increased but should not be due to tricuspid valvular disease, any ideas?
- Would you treat with pimobendan and sildenafil?
- What prognosis would you give?

Elongated free wall TV
Elongated free wall TV leaflet and teathered septal leaflet with nodular changes, RAE and LV septal flattening owing to volume/pressure overload on the right side. Primary TV dysplasia and right volume overload. Check CVC and HV in the cranial abdomen and for ascites to define if rt CHF is present.
