Stocking Mobile Practice

To those of you doing mobile ultrasound practice, I am curious to know what you stock in your car, other than your ultrasound machine and cardiac table/exam trough. I would think that most practices do not have core biopsy needles. What sizes/lengths do you routinely have and what other things do you normally bring along?

25 g 1.5 inch needles, cysto needles, spinal needles, mila catheters for effusion drainages. 14-16g.
Iv extension sets for drainages if you use them.
A good GPS even if you think you wont need one. I still use mine on occasion but im in NJ.

Ice chest and some costco back up emergency food stash:)
rechargeable minivac always nice and baby wipes to do a quick road warrior car clean up when needed. Never know when that coffee will spill

The key is to be streamlined because every minute accumulates. Be on wheels open up case plug and play in any way you can get there.

Even time yourself. regarding wheels the biggest urethane scooter wheels would be best as wheels are always the first thing to go on a bag.

I am considering getting a custom leather US machine bag made here in italy will let you know if i do so. Thats all I can think of now
