retroperotineal fluid?

this is a 7 yr old boxer with acute onset of pu. blood seen by owner in urine. urinanalysis active sediment–infection. vomiting and lethargic. snap4dx neg cbc , chem wnl  alittle discomfort  on palp of right kidney. looking with probe i’m curious ,I think I have some retroperotinealfluid the area encircling kidney appears abnormal. nsf otherwise in abdomen. Am I making too much of this or is it real??Thanks

Maybe very trace… but

Maybe very trace… but perirenal fluid with inflammatory sediment usually means acute renal insult, vasculitis, or thromboembolic,. In NJ we see lepto do this:

Do these images look good to you?

To me your images seem a bit “grainy”. You could probably get a good look at the kindeys with a bit higher frequency and possibly play with the presets to get a bit better image. I guess in the end it is in the eye of the reader.
