Retrobulbar Mass?

Sonopath Forum

Buba: 14 Year old cat with ongoing problems with left eye. Intially treated for ulceration, but today the eye is pushed forward in the orbit and has a firmness on palpation…pupil is normal sized making glaucoma less likely.

I feel like I see a retrobulbar mass on U/S but having not looked at a lot of eyes…(this is my first) I’d appreciate some more seasoned eyes offering an opinion.

Thanks,

Sam

sorry for the delay been traveling. definitive retrobulbar mass echotexture suggests carcinoma and seems to be expanding caudally with finger projections which isnt good for sx. Needs CT ideally to see the extent but its not good. SCC would be my guess
