Probable heating pad burn; pancreatitis?

This cat had a benign dermal cyst removed from her neck 1 week ago.  Last night she returned with a history of not eating for 3 days, and she also has what looks like thermal burns on her ventrum (we are suspicious of a heating pad). Her skin and subcutaneous tissues are inflamed and painful, which is making imaging difficult, but I think I am seeing pancreatitis. I was also concerned about lipidosis (fat cat that has lost a pound in a week) so I’ve included a liver clip, which I thought looked hypoechoic and coarse. Am I right? Thanks
