Non obstructive foreign body

Hello,

Hello,

This cat, M/N 3 years old presented with acute vomiting, had an enema done; and doing well with no vomiting after. He is eating but not quite right.  Had a focused US exam that showed no pyloro duodenal obstruction, normal ICCJ, no distended si, however in between funduss and spleen there was this radiopaque capsular hypoechoc structure, measuring aprox. 1.5 cm in diameter and another one similar cranial to the bladder. No color flow on doppler. To me it looks like foreign body non obstructive. Do you agree that these structures are inside the si ? Because there is no cranial distension of the si it is hard to see.

Thank you

This looks like a mural

This looks like a mural lesion to me in video one wherer i can follow the muscularis layer fomr the sm intestine into the “structure.” Did you try power doppler and zoom? sometimes color flow alone doesnt pick up flow. You can always fna it.
