I think I am seeing a dilated renal pelvis and a dilateted ureter exiting the kidney. Am I totally off base here? She has small mineral densities on her lateral abdominal radiograph that I think are in the position of ureteral stones. Thanks

peyelectasiua and hydroureter but you need to follow th eureter further caudally as i don’t see where it stops usually either to stone or stricture from prior stone passage. Use the higher resolution linear probe and zoom in to 2-3 cm and it will help follow the 1/2 cm wide ureter.
Thank you!
