Im not seeing an

Im not seeing an intussusception here just a little chyme and minor muscularis hypertrophy.

if you count the serosal layers and they double or triple then you can differentiate the intussusception from thick walled disease.

if you look at the screen shot here that I made from your third video from 1-5 there is 1 echogenic serosa, 2 slightly hypertrophied hypoechoic muscularis, 3 thin echogenic submucosa, 4 hypoechoic mucosa, and 5 echogenic lumen/chyme. 1-5 double in a true intussusception like in this one:
