intraheptic choleliths

This was a referral for ultrasound that presented nearly moribund. From records sent along this 7 yr old maltese mix had 4 month history of hypoalbumin. on the visit to the rdvm that day found elevated ggt, alt, alk phos. The liver is subjectively quite small. intrahepatic duct choleliths seen. the common bile duct dilated. stomach wall thickeened hyperechoic, anehoic effusion in abdomen.  I really couldn’t find anything that looked like gall bladder ,I followed the cbd back to that image I am calling GB. My question is how would you describe this in a report?
