12-year-old male neutered daschund was presented for oronasal fistual repair. Pre-anesthetic blood test showed very mildly elevated ALT and ALP. In general, happy dog with moderate to severe periodontal disease. BCS 9/9. US showed heterogenous plumpy liver.
