Gastric Pathology?

Lucy is a 10 1/2 year old DSH with a recent history of mild weight loss and intermittent vomiting (last 2-3 months). Maybe vomits 2 times per week. Appetitie is good and no history of loose stools. Lab work totally normal includis a SPECfPL.

I did an ultraound on Lucy. Was not an easy ultrasound. She is a very sweeth cat and cooperated- but she is obese and I found this to be a bit problematic.

I am posting 4 cines of the stomach. I was wondering if anyone notices any pathology. I thought there was no loss of “curvi-linear” pattern consistent with neoplasia but the muscularis seemed thickened to me. If you see any pathology could you point it out to me please.

The small bowel and colon looked good but I did notice a jejunal LN that seemed mildly enlarged at 0.86 cm in diameter- but with normal architecture.

I feel very insecure viewing the stomach at time.

I don’t see anything in particular other than a little ill defined fat but that may be your machine settings.
