Gall Bladder Ultrasound

This is a repeat ultrasound of the gall bladder that I did in the previous post “emerging mucocele” It is funny how looking at the GB from a different angle changes things. – there is mobile sludge present seen with repositioning however also adherent sludge at the periphery in little mounds that wave back and forth – the cystic duct looks packed with sludge and maybe a little dilated? – this pet has normal bilirubin but slightly elevated pre and post bile acids (in the 60’s).

ALT 3x’s normal – ACTH stim agrees with LDDST Cushings diagnosis Now, does this look like a concerning gall bladder or just normal sludge?
